Trainer is a full swing training aid that immediately helps the golfer feel the effect of maintaining the spine angle and keeping the head behind the ball through impact. PRO-HEAD? helps the golfer to develop the muscle memory needed to transfer that feeling into a consistent and repeatable swing. The standard model is a free standing unit with a molded acrylic base that could be filled with water or sand for additional rigidity if needed. It has two wheels so that it can easily be moved. The metal pole comes in 3 pieces that are quickly assembled to make an upright 78 inch high pole. It uses the same arm and hat assemblies as the OriginalDeluxe model of the PRO-HEAD? Trainer. The entire unit can be assembled and ready for swing improvement in less than 10 minutes. The Standard model can be used indoors or outdoors. When practicing, unless you have someone watching, you don’t really know if your head is steady or not. GTA has a simple but effective way of helping you determine what head motions you may have.
