When you can meet any of your needs, do so immediately, even if there is an immediate return for you. This person is important for your business. Do not tell them, show them how important they are. If this relationship does not include reciprocity, to degenerate into a "what's for me" situation not stand the test of time.

Please understand that these relationships should be open and honest in order to work. People like help others, especially those who know and trust.

Develop the relationship of trust with the people who are well positioned to help. You must earn your referrals. When you do, your marketing will be supercharged with what is clearly the best form of advertising … positive word of mouth.
