Golf equipment typically supplied by most golf courses (aside from the golf ball) is the tee. The tee is the little pin that you push in the ground to stand your ball onto. It is used for teeing off (the start of your first drive) thus the name.

Golf carts can take you from one hole to the next, and while they are not allowed on the greens, nevertheless they reduce the burden of having to walk under the hot sun.
