What is annual operating costs for an 18 hole golf course operating 12 months?

All costs associated with the operation of the golf course but excluding the clubhouse.
Include all salaries, equipment, supplies (seed, fertilizer, etc.), depreciation, taxes, maintenance, consulting services, annual capital improvements,
This is for a regulation 18 hole golf course operating 12 months a year.

Eleven dollars…..Come on now, tell me you aren’t seeking financial advice on what seems to be at least a multi-million dollar a year operation on Yahoo Answers.

If you are serious about this, you need to hire somebody who specializes in some type of business financing and not a bunch of golf feinds who are just on here for fun.

But if you want my best guestimate……..

Salaried Employees- 200,000
Non Salary- 75,000
groundskeeping- 250,000
practice facility maintenance- 200,000
Golf carts, maint. equip.-100,000
taxes- 75,000
misc.-250,000
TOTAL= 1,150,000.

That’ll be 45,000 dollars in consulting fees thank you.
