Omaha/Council Bluffs May 2009 wedding ideas/locations?

Our wedding is set for the end of May 09 and I’d really like an outdoor wedding. Everywhere I checked so far wants us to have the reception there as well and they charge a ton of $ to do it. I looked at the gardens, the Lodge, golf courses, etc. Does anyone know of a place to have a wedding at the end of May that also could be indoors if weather doesn’t permit? I live in TX and we’re having the wedding (50ppl max attending including bride and groom) in IA because that is where both our familys are from. Anyone have any ideas that will be cost efficent and beautiful at the same time? Any ideas will help!
I’m not sure if Council Bluffs has a state park…but it is a city right across the river from Omaha NE in Iowa. They have lots of casinos, which I don’t want for my wedding either.

Council Bluffs is a state park right? That sounds like it would be a great place for a small wedding. I think state parks would let you have just the ceremony there as well because they really don’t have the facilities for receptions. That would be beautiful!
