Personal Interview questions?

I am in the process of writing a research paper for my marketing class on the topic of Golf Course Management. Today I have a personal interview with the head golf-pro at the Broadmoor Hotel and Resort in Colorado springs. I need ideas on some questions to ask?
I already knoW i will be asking him about the required education, salary and the day to day operations but what are some specific questions I can ask?

You can ask – how he got into the field. What his background was. Did he take any specific training for this job. What type of experience does he think someone would need to do this work. Does someone have to be a golfer to do this work well?
