Cheap Twilight Golf in the SF East Bay?

I live in Livermore, CA and I’m kind of new to golf. I play the 9 hole course in Livermore a few times a week and I’m trying to find other courses that aren’t too far away that are fairly inexpensive to play during twilight hours. I’m in college so the cheaper the better, i just want to get out and play a variety of beginner courses.
