Wilmington is a historic port city that is a perfect retirement destination. This city offers the best in urban amenities such as golf, shopping, dining and rich culture. Wilmington is also a popular site for movie making, especially in its area of Cape Fear.

North Carolina property offers affordable, good weather and activities for all tastes. With the baby boomers reach retirement age, we may be seeing a larger wave of retirees moving that way. It is easy to see why so many people are moving to North Carolina for their retirement plans.
