Driving Nets Golf

I had an idea. practice fields are very popular, right? Peaple lot of work in city offices bored husbands and their wives are all in the city. How about a golf driving range or indoor nets in a downtown area. this would be to people demand lunch hour or half hour tospare while wife buys new shoes. Thoughts, please.
Look rental costs per square meter in the downtown and adding fees, etc. You need a very large open area (or perhaps a large roof). Then calculate what they could collect and how Customers might get … to be honest I doubt the Figues tray out – if they did, we would see this already. – You can not use in the basement one hand many pillars also (etc), but for comparison can you look at the City Center Parking (not many of them either) Do not forget you have to pay rental 24 x 7, but if 'target lunch customers when their income is focused on maybe a couple of hours a day Monday through Friday …
