What is a good golf driver for accuracy?
I’m a very experienced golfer (shoot mid 70s-low 80s on any given day) and right now I got a Big Bertha II 9 degree driver. I still like the driver as I hit it a long way. On a normal day, I’m hitting about 300-310 yards but it’s all over the place. On a good driving day, I’m hitting 310+ with a slight draw. I’m looking to upgrade my driver to something newer that is more consistent (ie. hitting fairways). I’m okay with losing a little distance since I got enough there. It’s doesn’t have to be a new model so it can be a couple years old. My price range is anywhere from $100 to $250 max. Right now, I’ve been looking at reviews for drivers and been checking out Callaway FT-i, Titleist 907 D2, Taylor Made R7 CGB, and Cleveland HiBore Monster/Launcher so far. What do you guys suggest?
