Golf Phrase / saying: Help!?

Hello, I'm looking for a formal name for my new puppy. I want to name it or chop or Putter and I'm trying to think of the phrases in golf for registered its formal name. Your name nor Simmons or Anderson. Anderson is the name of my boyfriends, we're doing next summer married and bought him so I was thinking I have to use his surname from the cage is not requiring us to use them.
